Will Flair work with my Shopify theme?

Yes! Flair was designed to work with any Shopify theme. You can find instructions for most popular Shopify themes in the Flair Install guide.

How do I setup Flair?

Check out the Flair Quick Start guide and you'll have Flair up and running in no time.

Why aren't my badges showing?

If your badges aren't showing, first verify you completed the one-time setup of Flair in your shopify theme (see the Flair Install guide for details).

Otherwise, this can happen due to another app, such as a product filter and search app. You can check out our Integrations to see if there is an integration with your app.

If you need a hand, feel free to contact us for help.

How do I cancel my Flair account?

If you are canceling because you are having a hard time setting up Flair, you can always reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.

Otherwise, you can check out the Flair Uninstall guide here.

I'm seeing a 'could not find asset' Liquid error after adding Flair to my theme. How do I fix this?

If you are seeing an error similar to the following:

Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/flair-product-badges.liquid

This means your theme is missing a file that is usually created by Flair.

The fastest way to fix this is to log in to Flair, visit Settings, and then click Disable Flair and then Enable Flair. This will cause Flair to recreate all files needed in your currently published theme.

If you need to fix this manually, such as if you are working on a non published theme, you can use the Shopify theme editor to manually create an empty file by the same name OR you can copy this file from your published theme.

Something is not working on my Shopify store. Is Flair to blame?

Flair was designed so it should not break your theme. Often the issue is related to another app or change made within your Shopify theme.

To be sure this is not a Flair issue, you can run this quick test to check:

Visit the Flair Settings, and then click Disable Flair button.

This will remove all Flair code that is running in your theme.

If the problem still exists, then this is most likely not a Flair issue.
